Corporate-Event

Corporate Event Details

Corporate Meetings are typically 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. with a light breakfast, lunch, morning/afternoon snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages. The Crest Center is the venue that is mainly used for corporate groups with the meeting taking place upstairs in our Presentation Room (seats up to 25) or Mezzanine level (seats up to 100 classroom style) and then guests move to the Main Hall, Overlook Deck, and Lounge area for lunch, breaks, or break out sessions.

The Main Hall of The Crest Center or Crest Pavilion can accommodate larger meetings, workshops, or team building groups. We have the capability of hooking up the client’s IPOD or computer to our sound system. We customize each meeting to fit within the needs and budget of our clients.

NON-PROFIT EVENTS

Non-Profit-Event

Non-Profit Event Details

Non-Profit events are typically 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. with a buffet style dinner or heavy hors d’oeuvres, non-alcoholic beverages, and sometimes a host or cash bar. The goal of non-profit events is to raise money, so there are typically raffle items, silent auction items, and live auction items during this event. We set up ALL the tables needed for these donated items. Due to the amount of space needed for auction items, food, guests, etc., The Crest Pavilion is typically the venue used for non-profit events (We CAN accommodate an event of 150 guests or less in The Crest Center with all auction item tables and buffets in place). We’ll have a podium, screen, and microphone available to the presenter. We have the capability of hooking up the client’s IPOD or computer to our sound system. We customize each Non-Profit Event to fit within the needs and budget of our clients.

WEDDINGS

Wedding-Event

Wedding Event Details

Weddings are typically Ceremony AND Reception that take place in a 5 hour block of time. The Crest Center is reserved from 5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. (with the option to purchase additional time) and The Crest Pavilion is reserved from 6:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. Facility Rental fees and other information can be found on our Crest Weddings Website. We can do ANY style of food for our clients and MOST Wedding events have a bar but, it’s not necessary.

Each Wedding event is completely customized to the client’s needs and budget. We also host Morning Weddings (9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.), Ceremony Only, Rehearsal Dinners, and Sunday brunches!

What is included with the facilities?

  • Tables (60” rounds for seating and banquets for buffets, gift tables, etc.) other table sizes and styles are available to rent
  • Chairs (White Folding in Crest Pavilion and Black/Gray Banquet in Crest Center) other chair styles are available for rent

AWARD BANQUETS

Award-Banquet

Awards Banquet Event Details

Award Banquets are typically scheduled from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. with a plated or buffet style dinner, non-alcoholic beverages, and sometimes a host or cash bar. The Crest Center is the venue that is mainly used for award banquets with 160 or fewer guests. The Crest Pavilion can hold large award banquets that have reached up to 300 guests with a buffet or plated style dinner.

We’ll have a podium, award table(s), and microphone available to the presenter. Our house music will play during dinner or we have the capability of hooking up the client’s IPOD or computer to our sound system. We customize each meeting to fit within the needs and budget of our clients.

“The Crest Center was the BEST venue for my wedding. The staff were extremely helpful and flexible. We used both the Pavilion (Ceremony & Reception) and the Crest Center (Dinner) as well as the outdoor deck and lawn areas.
