Amy Lasher

I’m a single mom of two awesome kids, Claire and Liam. When I’m not planning fun events at The Crest Center and Pavilion, I enjoy coaching Middle School Girls’ Volleyball, Basketball, and Cross Fit. My commitment is to my kids and work. If I find myself with some free time away from those commitments, I like to run/work out and maybe just veg out with a nice local brew. I am a self-proclaimed beer snob and love the Asheville scene. I try to play “tourist” as much as possible so I can direct my clients to the new “fun stuff” in downtown Asheville. It’s always a pleasure to help my clients create a wonderful and memorable event here on the mountain. Whether it’s a wedding, prom, business meeting, fundraiser, or family gathering, my main goal is to have the person planning the event be as much a guest as everyone else! It’s my job to make it easy, stress free, and fun! With the rest of the M7 Team beside me, this is a guarantee.

About Asheville CorporateMeeting & Wedding Venue Mary Minton The Crest Center

Mary Minton

Mary is the most recent addition to the Sales Team at The Crest Center & Pavilion, joining the lineup in January 2018. Graduating from Appalachian State University with a degree in Professional Writing, Mary is an excellent communicator and loves making that personal connection with clients. Having worked in hospitality for over a decade, she prides herself in always contributing genuine customer service and reliability in every interaction. Her favorite part of event planning at The Crest Center & Pavilion is seeing the look on the client’s face when the room is set, details are ready to go, and the party is ready to begin – nothing compares! Outside of her professional life, Mary enjoys seeing live music, reading & writing fiction, visiting local craft breweries, and hanging out at the house with her awesome tuxedo cat, Floyd.
